Welcome to Cartagena de Indias, where your adventure unfolds the moment you land at Rafael Núñez International Airport (CTG). Arrive by 3PM to maximize your experience.

Slip into your swimwear and join us for a poolside Meet & Greet - an affair adorned with cover-ups, cabanas, and crafted cocktails. It's more than a party; it's a chance to connect and immerse yourself in Cartagena's vibrant pulse.

Day 2
EXPLORATION!
Today is your first full day in Cartagena, and what a day we have planned!
Kick it off with an optional rejuvenating dip in El Tutomo, the Mud Volcano—nature's own spa that locals dub "the fountain of youth."

Feeling refreshed? Perfect!
Next, we'll immerse ourselves in the local culture with a Walking Tour of Getsemani, an eclectic district bursting with colorful graffiti art and buzzing nightlife. And because no day in Cartagena is complete without a little rhythm, we'll wrap things up with a Salsa dancing class.
Day 3
FOR THE CULTURE!
It is ALL about the Afro-Colombian Culture! Today, we visit the first free African village in the Americas.
Palenque is a small village that was established by runaway slaves/freedom seekers. Palenque portrays big African roots. We will explore the culture through music, dance, food and much more!
After a full day in Palenque, we return to Cartagena to our private cooking class where we will prepare and enjoy authentic Colombian Cuisines!
Day 4
ISLAND HOPPING!
All Aboard! Get your ALL WHITE swim suits together because today we jet set on our private yacht and journey to the natural park offerings of the The Rosario Islands for rest and relaxation.
This is your moment to escape and disconnect while cruising the shores of Colombia.
Partake in this endeavor where we will island hop, indulge in local culinary cuisine and festive drinks, while perusing the Caribbean Sea soaking in a healthy dose of vitamin D and also checking out the party island vibes!

Day 5
FREE DAY!
Sleep in, lounge pool side or hit the Old Town Streets for some last minute shopping!
Today is your day! Get pampered and intentionally engage in self care or local spa services.
It's our last day get Glammed Up and Ready! You know the Busy Moms can't leave without a Group Photoshoot, theme colors released in our Private Group.
After a relaxing morning and mid-day photo session we wrap up with a 7 course Farewell Dinner at one of Cartagena's top Restaurants.
Day 6
ADIOS!
Enjoy a delightful breakfast as you prepare to bid farewell to the captivating city of Cartagena. The time has come to say "Adios," but worry not, for your journey back home is made seamless with our meticulously arranged private airport transfers.
Your safety and comfort remain our utmost priority as you embark on the next leg of your adventure.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing out on a much-needed vacation can be disappointing, and losing the money you've invested in it can be even more devastating. For this reason, travel insurance is mandatory to protect your investment. We strongly encourage you to consider this option to safeguard your vacation plans.

PAYMENTS:

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Please note that all deposits made are non-refundable and non-transferrable after a period of 24 hours from the time of booking.

The amount due and monthly payment plans will be clearly indicated on the monthly invoice for your convenience.

It is possible to pay for your entire reservation in full at the time of booking, provided that the trip is still available.

LATE PAYMENTS:
​
Please be advised that we have contractual obligations to make payments to our suppliers by specific due dates. Once initial deposits have been made, we are responsible for the full cost of all packages. As a result, a late fee of $25 will be automatically added to your invoice for payments that are three days past the due date. Any invoice that remains in arrears for two consecutive months of payments will be considered in default and will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and all payments made.

If there is any outstanding balance on your account by the Final Payment Due Date noted on your invoice, a late fee of $50 will be automatically added to your invoice one day after your final payment date.

CANCELLATIONS:
​
All payments made to Busy Mom Playdates, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This policy is in place because we have contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that do not permit us to obtain any refunds. By enforcing this policy, we can offer affordable package prices and flexible monthly payment plans for your convenience.
