EXPLORE HAVANA!

Join us on an enlightening walking tour, traversing through the historic gems of Plaza de la Catedral, Plaza de Armas, Plaza de San Francisco, and Plaza Vieja, each square a testament to Cuba's rich heritage.
As the sun sets, let the rhythm of salsa sweep you away, followed by an exhilarating ride in a convertible classic car through the enchanting streets of Old Havana. This is a day that promises to be etched in your memory forever, a celebration of vibrant culture and timeless elegance.
Day 3
VIÑALES VALLEY ESCAPADE
Today we take a road trip from the hustle and bustle of Havana to explore the gorgeous countryside of Viñales Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Viñales is a charming, unspoiled example of Cuban life. It's stunningly beautiful countryside full of mountains, rolling hills and lush green fields. It is a great place to experience Cuban culture, explore nearby villages and sample local cuisines.
​
In Viñales we will enjoy horseback riding through the valley, visit a local tobacco farm and learn how to roll the perfect cigar. If you haven't tried a Cuban cigar, this will be the best place to do it!
Day 4

Tonight we gather for our all white farewell dinner and toast to the memories forged and the bonds woven in the embrace of Havana's vibrant spirit.

ADIOS CUBA!
As your extraordinary Cuban adventure draws to a close, pause to savor the myriad of incredible experiences you've woven into the fabric of your journey.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing out on a much-needed vacation can be disappointing, and losing the money you've invested in it can be even more devastating. For this reason, travel insurance is mandatory to protect your investment. We strongly encourage you to consider this option to safeguard your vacation plans.

PAYMENTS:

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Please note that all deposits made are non-refundable and non-transferrable after a period of 24 hours from the time of booking.

The amount due and monthly payment plans will be clearly indicated on the monthly invoice for your convenience.
​
It is possible to pay for your entire reservation in full at the time of booking, provided that the trip is still available.
​
LATE PAYMENTS:
​
Please be advised that we have contractual obligations to make payments to our suppliers by specific due dates. Once initial deposits have been made, we are responsible for the full cost of all packages. As a result, a late fee of $25 will be automatically added to your invoice for payments that are three days past the due date. Any invoice that remains in arrears for two consecutive months of payments will be considered in default and will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and all payments made.
​
If there is any outstanding balance on your account by the Final Payment Due Date noted on your invoice, a late fee of $50 will be automatically added to your invoice one day after your final payment date.
​
CANCELLATIONS:
​
All payments made to Busy Mom Playdates, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This policy is in place because we have contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that do not permit us to obtain any refunds. By enforcing this policy, we can offer affordable package prices and flexible monthly payment plans for your convenience.
