TERMS & CONDITIONS
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing out on a much-needed vacation can be disappointing, and losing the money you've invested in it can be even more devastating. For this reason, travel insurance is mandatory to protect your investment. We strongly encourage you to consider this option to safeguard your vacation plans.
PAYMENTS:
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Please note that all deposits made are non-refundable and non-transferrable after a period of 24 hours from the time of booking.
The amount due and monthly payment plans will be clearly indicated on the monthly invoice for your convenience.
It is possible to pay for your entire reservation in full at the time of booking, provided that the trip is still available.
LATE PAYMENTS:
Please be advised that we have contractual obligations to make payments to our suppliers by specific due dates. Once initial deposits have been made, we are responsible for the full cost of all packages. As a result, a late fee of $25 will be automatically added to your invoice for payments that are three days past the due date. Any invoice that remains in arrears for two consecutive months of payments will be considered in default and will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and all payments made.
If there is any outstanding balance on your account by the Final Payment Due Date noted on your invoice, a late fee of $50 will be automatically added to your invoice one day after your final payment date.
CANCELLATIONS:
All payments made to Busy Mom Playdates, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This policy is in place because we have contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that do not permit us to obtain any refunds. By enforcing this policy, we can offer affordable package prices and flexible monthly payment plans for your convenience.
