Meet Michelle Rose – The Busy Mom Igniter™
Founder & CEO of Busy Mom Playdates®
Michelle Rose is on a mission to help Moms of Color reclaim their joy—guilt-free. As the visionary behind Busy Mom Playdates®, she’s redefining self-care through curated lifestyle events and transformative travel experiences.
With over 12 years in Event and Travel Management, Michelle is more than an Experience Curator... She’s a Travel Connoisseur who designs spaces for moms to reconnect, refuel, and remember who they are beyond all the roles they play.
But her journey wasn’t just about creating experiences... It was about survival.
In 2020, Michelle faced a personal battle with clinical depression, realizing that too many moms were losing themselves while caring for everyone else. Determined to make a change, she launched Busy Mom Playdates® in 2021.
What began as a mission to restore self-worth became a global movement.
Under Michelle’s leadership, Busy Mom Playdates® is more than a community... It’s a sisterhood. A powerful tribe of evolving moms embracing wellness, cultural exploration, and purposeful play.
Here, moms learn to set boundaries, prioritize themselves, and live boldly... supported by women who understand their journey.
